Active Directory - NDSActive Directory service is available so you do not need to install a server in your business, perform back-ups or pay for a computer room set-up. Clustered high-end servers provide file services with a backup system at a second location for full disaster recovery. All servers, storage and fiber devices are in a redundant configuration to insure high availability. NDS and Linux are available to meet the special needs of our customers. Disaster RecoveryThis service includes the off-site storage of your critical business files in a secured redundant system. Disaster recovery can be accessed through active directory, ISCSI, SAN or through other custom means. With LTO backup of the data at a second site, your data is secure. We can provide a hot site, which will enable our customers to access their data in case of an emergency. Virtual OfficeVirtual Office Services are available for all users of the Community Broadband Network. We provide access to your files from any location, including the local public parks, your business and home locations. You can work from anywhere you have access, even while you are with your family at the park. Virtual Private NetworkVPN provides secure access to your files across an Internet connection from anywhere in the world. Just logon to the network and use your secured tunnel to connect you and your data. Co-Location ServicesOur co-location facilities provide fully redundant connectivity, support and a secure enviroment for your server and router equipment. This service includes locking cabinets and custom cages, fault-tolerant redundant power, fully redundant environmental systems, controlled temperature and humidity, 24 x 7 critical monitoring/disaster prevention, 24 x 7 technical support/assistance and secured access to the facilities. |
Voice over IP Telephony is available with the core service hosted by the CBN. The business need only to purchase the IP phones. The many services and advanced features provided are normally only available in large cities. The intergrated 911 system insures emergency service by relaying location information.
