Broadband Solutions
Fiber Optic Network
A high speed redundant loop fiber optics network was installed throughout the City of Glenwood Springs in 2002. With core speeds of over 12 gigabits, DS3, OC3 to OC48 circuits, the infastructure to provide broadband services is here. Internet access is just one of the wide variety of information technology services available to enable local residences and businesses access to services not usually available in small rural areas. T1 services are offered to areas outside the city where fiber is not available.
Motorola Canopy High Speed Wireless
Like so many other small cities across America, Glenwood Springs, Colorado,a town with a population of 8,200+, wanted to leverage its investment in the installed fiber optic network to deliver broadband to underserved areas. In this rural area, where many homes and small businesses lack an Internet connection, extending this fiber network via Motorola's Canopy technology is the last-mile solution. The result: a Fiber/Wireless network that offers the flexibility needed to deliver the bandwidth needs of residential and commercial customers. "We deploy the Motorola Canopy system to deliver dedicated, business-class connectivity," says Paul Braunschweig, CBN's network manager.

Qwest DSL
In areas where Qwest DSL is available, we partner with Qwest and our local reseller ISP's to offer Internet access using a combination of their network and our own. Customers can expect significantly better front end service and support than they would normally get working directly with Qwest.
